Welcome to The Pointe at Riverview Website

The Pointe at Riverview is one of several communities nestled along the Green River in Kent, Washington. The Pointe is a quiet community close to Des Moines, Westfield Southcenter Mall, and a great shopping district in Tukwila. Kent Station and downtown Kent have fun and interesting shops, and several major festivals and ShoWare Center with major events, concerts and sports. All have many fine restaurants, movie theatres, grocery stores, parks, schools and churches and farmers markets and golf courses.

Kent and Des Moines have active Senior Centers, and their libraries are also close to us. We are bordered on the east by the Green River Valley Trail for bikers and walkers/runners. The trail runs along the river. The Interurban Trail links Tukwila, Kent, Auburn, Algona, and Pacific along a near-straight 14 mile-long alignment following the historic Interurban Rail Line. The trail is accessible from the Pointe by a semi private trail. Length:14.7 miles.
